Ooi Chong Seong

Ooi Chong Seong could be the President and founder of Legenda Education Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with a lot more than a ten years of knowledge inside the field of higher training, is recognised like a pioneer of personal tertiary education in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held many senior management positions, both in private and public companies and is recognised as a popular member of the company community.

He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business from the Association of Enterprise Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Advertising and marketing in the Chartered Institute of Marketing and advertising (“CIM”), Uk. He's also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution for the state and his revolutionary role in the field of greater schooling in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award in the “10 Most effective Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” in the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
